- 1 can whole kernel yellow corn, drained
- 1 can cream style yellow corn, undrained
- 1/2 C. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 C. butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 8x8 casserole dish.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
