Corn Casserole

Corn Casserole



Ingredients:
  • 1 can whole kernel yellow corn, drained
  • 1 can cream style yellow corn, undrained 
  • 1/2 C. (8 oz.) sour cream 
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 C. butter, melted

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 8x8 casserole dish.
  3. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
